Answer: Go to the sign-up page and fill in the form with your details. Once you confirm your email address, your account is ready to use.
Question: How do I change my password?
Answer: Sign in to your account, open the "Profile settings" section and select "Change password".
Question: How do I sign a contract?
Answer: You can sign a contract directly in your account, under "Personal settings" (the "Sign contract" button).
Question: Is a contract mandatory?
Answer: No. Registering on our site is enough to start sending messages — a signed contract is optional and mainly useful for enterprise procurement.
Question: I forgot my password, what should I do?
Answer: You can reset it from the sign-in page by choosing "Forgot password". Enter the phone number or login you registered with, and the system will text you the details you need to regain access to your account.
Question: How do I create a campaign?
Answer: Sign in to your account, choose "New campaign", enter your message text, upload your contacts and click "Send".
Question: How many characters fit in one SMS?
Answer: A single SMS holds up to 160 characters in the GSM alphabet, or up to 70 characters when Unicode is used.
Question: How do I import contacts?
Answer: You can upload contacts from an Excel or CSV file, or enter them manually in the "Contacts" section.
Question: Can I create contact groups?
Answer: Yes, you can create an unlimited number of groups to segment your audience by country, language or any other attribute.
Question: How do I enable Viber campaigns?
Answer: Contact your account manager or submit a request from your account. Viber is sold on a monthly commitment that depends on your destinations — request a quote and we will price it for your markets.
Question: Can I send images over Viber?
Answer: Yes. Viber supports text, images, buttons and links in a single branded message.
Question: What determines the price of an SMS?
Answer: Rates are set per destination country and per volume. The higher your monthly traffic to a given market, the lower the price per message.
Question: Are there discounts for high volumes?
Answer: Yes. Customers sending 100,000 messages a month or more get dedicated rates. Send us your destinations and volumes and we will prepare an individual quote.
